* outposts/ldap: Support hard coded `uidNumber` and `gidNumber`.
* outposts: more options for image + labels
- Set outpost docker image in config.
- Set image pull secrets in outpost config.
- Add additional labels for easier targeting from
custom services.
* Fix some linting errors.
* outposts: Rename `docker_image` to `container_image
