- it was missing for the corresponding idhub2 from the pairs
- also remove old RESPONSE_URI env var

refactor var: ADMIN -> INITIAL_ADMIN, dyn DOMAIN
- specify clearly the ADMIN vars are when initialization, also add the password
- also allow override of domain for test instances
